This website is operated by Robin Harley, Threaded Flair. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Threaded Flair.

2. Handmade Product Disclaimer

Because our products are handmade, they are unique.

• Variations: Slight variations in color, texture, shape, and size are normal and are not considered defects. These variations are part of the charm of handmade items.

• Product Representation: We make every effort to display product colors and images accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display will be accurate.

• Imperfections: Handmade items may have small imperfections that contribute to their unique character.

3. Ordering and Payment

• You must be 18 or older to order. We can cancel any order for any reason and will refund you if we do. Prices may change, but you pay what's shown at checkout.

• Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us.

• Payment: All payments are processed securely through Squarespace's integrated payment processors amd PayPal.

• Pricing: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

• Custom Orders: Payment for custom orders is required [upfront / 50% deposit] before work begins. Custom orders are non-refundable.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• Processing Time: Items are in stock, except custom orders. Please allow 1 to 3 business days, with a cut off time of 5:00 pm mountain time, for us to process, pack and ship your order.

• Shipping Costs: We offer Free Shipping for USPS ground advantage which usually takes 3 to 7 days.

• If weather is bad, shipping may be delayed and this is beyond anyone’s control.

• Risk of Loss: Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon our delivery to the courier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

• Policy: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition.

  Items bought on clearance or over 40% off are considered as a final sale and are not returnable.

  There is a 15% restocking fee to cover time and any materials used to mail the order. As well as the original shipping fee will be deducted for any returns.

  We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition. If over 14 days, no return will be accepted. It is your responsibility to pay for shipping the product back to us. We do not provide return labels. The product should be received after 10 days and in the condition it was received (no wear an tear allowed). After receiving the return, a refund will be processed and it can take financial accounts 7 to 10 business days to put the refund into your account.

• Custom Items: Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and the handmade products themselves, is the property of Threaded Flair and is protected by copyright laws. You may not use our content or products for commercial purposes without our express written permission. There are some patterns designed by other artisans but the product is made by Threaded Flair. These artists are given credit in that product description for use of their patterns.

7. User Account

If you create an account on our Squarespace site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password.

8. Limitation of Liability

Threaded Flair is not liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or website. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Mexico.

11. Accuracy of content

We have taken care in the preparation of the content of this website, in particular to ensure that prices quoted are correct at the time of publishing and that all products have been fairly described. However, orders will only be accepted if there are no material errors in the description of the products or their respective prices as advertised on this website. Any description of or information given about the products is in general terms only.

12. Damage to your computer

We try to ensure that this website is free from viruses or defects. However, we cannot guarantee that your use of this website or any websites accessible through it will not cause damage to your computer. It is your responsibility to ensure that the right equipment is available to use the website. Except in the case of negligence on our part, we will not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise to computer equipment as a result of using this website.

13. Invalidity

If any part of these terms and conditions is unenforceable (including any provision in which we exclude our liability to you) the enforceability of any other part of these conditions will not be affected.
